Knife-making workshop available by reservation every day (except Sundays and holidays). Several time slots available : 10 a.m., 2 p.m., and 4 p.m. (Duration : 2 hours).

This activity will allow you to participate in all the key steps of assembling a 12-cm LE THIERS® knife with a stainless steel bolster engraved with your first or last name ; this knife will come with a leather sheath at an additional cost.

You’ll have the option to choose two additional types of wood for an extra charge and to add a guilloché-patterned spring.

Your tasks will include :
Fitting the handle to the bolster, drilling holes in the handle,
riveting the spring to the plates, riveting the handles to the knife, and riveting the blade to the handle.
Our cutlers will shape, polish, and sharpen your knife

Children ages 5 to 7 can make a Le Thiers© butter knife, and children ages 8 and up can make an adult knife (Le Thiers folding knife). Le Thiers butter knife made of olive wood : €15.
