A massage fan before becoming a masseuse, I’m passionate about offering THE massage I dream of receiving : personalized according to your needs, but always enveloping, reassuring, respecting your intimacy and, of course, RE-LA-XANT.
My signature massage meets these requirements, the most important thing for me being that the person I’m massaging feels at ease, safe and listened to.

The signature massage is inspired by three protocols learned at the Temana massage school, combining fluid, precise movements to relieve tension throughout the body, from head to toe.

Method :
● Varied techniques : kneading, smoothing, draining, stretching, performed with hands, thumbs, forearms or elbows as required.
● Preliminary exchange : before each session, a moment of exchange enables us to identify your expectations, priority areas or areas to be avoided.

Inspirations :
1. Californian : well-being massage with slow, deep, enveloping movements for total relaxation.
2. Abhyanga : energetic massage to balance yin and yang, with tonic, rhythmic strokes.
3. Chi Nei Tsang : belly massage to release negative energies, harmonize emotions and stimulate internal organs.

I also offer the “Serenity 5 zones” massage. This massage targets 5 essential zones, usually massaged last in a complete treatment, but here worked intensively.
The client lies on her back, well covered from the chest up, to benefit from :
● Release of tension : particularly in the trapezius and the nape of the neck, for deep relaxation.
● Mental soothing : reduces tension in the skull.
● Lightness : movements right down to the fingertips for an overall sense of well-being.
