Situated at an altitude of over 1000 metres, in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, Les Paddocks offers an exceptional setting for discovering horses in the heart of nature. Between forests, high-altitude meadows and unspoilt landscapes, the site invites you to immerse yourself in a world far removed from the hustle and bustle, where time seems to slow down.

The Paddocks offer activities for all ages, from the very young to the experienced rider.

For the very young, there are “discovery” pony rides, available from the age of 3, for a safe and fun introduction to the sport. One-hour pony rides are also a great way to share a special moment with the whole family, with children riding at the same pace as their mounts, accompanied by an adult.

For teenagers and adults, we offer horseback rides lasting from one hour to several days. Accessible to beginners to experienced riders, they offer a unique way to discover the Livradois-Forez landscapes, between deep forests, mountain paths and open panoramas. Each outing is an experience in itself, combining nature, discovery and the pleasure of riding.

Les Paddocks has also developed an attentive and personalized approach for people with disabilities, enabling each of them to experience a privileged moment in contact with the horse. Animal mediation and equitherapy activities are offered, promoting well-being, relationships and trust, in a calm and caring environment.
