Welcome to Domaine Sauvat for an hour of sharing, conviviality and exchange !
As soon as you arrive, I invite you to take a moment to get to know me. Then I’ll open the doors to my daily life as a winemaker for a warm, simple and accessible discovery, right in the heart of the vines.

Together, we’ll discover the volcanic terroir of Boudes, a living landscape where the vines follow the rhythm of the seasons and every gesture tells a story. Between the rows, I’ll explain to you with passion the cycle of the vine, the work that accompanies it throughout the year and the particularities of the Côtes d’Auvergne.
Young and old alike are invited to take part, observe, touch and ask questions… It’s an authentic moment of exchange, designed to make everyone feel like a full participant in the visit.

Back at the estate, we share a commented tasting of two Boudes wines. Adults taste the estate’s vintages, while youngsters and non-wine drinkers enjoy a syrup made from Cézallier wild edible plants. It’s a simple, warm moment of discovery, where everyone finds their place and enjoys a rich, convivial interlude.
