Nestled in the peaceful setting of Les Mauvaises, just a stone’s throw from the center of Blanzat, “En dessous du volcan” opens the doors to arts and crafts. Here, in her workshop, Claude Tinet works with Puy-de-Dôme lava, a thousand-year-old stone that she sublimates through the magic of enameling.
An expertise combining tradition and modernity
Each piece is the fruit of meticulous work : from the selection of the stone to the high-temperature firing, where the enamels fuse with the lava to produce brilliant colors and unalterable resistance. The workshop offers a wide range of handcrafted creations, harmoniously blending decorative objects (paintings, wall art) and utilitarian pieces.

The workshop’s strength lies in its ability to listen. Claude Tinet specializes in commissioned work. Each personalized project (house plaque, interior decoration) is discussed in advance to ensure that your expectations are perfectly met.

Please note : as the preparation of stone and enamels requires a specific amount of time, these courses, as well as appointments for personalized projects, are by prior arrangement only.
