The Association de la Confrérie du Couteau LE THIERS®, or LE COUTÉ DE TIÉ, registered with the Journal Officiel, is the owner of the Le Thiers® brand and logo. It is involved in promoting and protecting the cutlery heritage of the Thiers region.
In 1994, the Confrérie du Couteau LE THIERS ® created a knife bearing the name of its town, which has since become the emblem of the region’s centuries-old cutlery industry.
This 100% local knife, available in 500 variations signed by the Compagnon-fabricant, is on sale in cutlery shops.
