Today, we open our doors to you for a unique journey to the heart of artisan creation, where metal and wood come to life before your very eyes.

Accompanied by our master knifemaker, you’ll follow the birth of a knife from A to Z : from the choice of materials to the shaping, from the polishing of the blades to the final assembly. Each gesture, each spark, tells the story of a craftsman who transforms simple steel into an exceptional object. A master of his craft, he is also the creator of three unique knife models, two of which are tributes to his children, true symbols of love and creativity. In all, our cutlery offers around 20 different models, each reflecting a unique personality, style and passion : the traditional Laguiole and Le Thiers®, the innovative 20/20® ,L’Âme d’Emma® and Arca Andrea®, the regional Poisson, London, Vendetta, Pradel, Alpin, etc.

The visit lasts between 45 minutes and 1h30 and is entirely free, an invitation to curiosity and wonder. After your immersion in the workshop, push open the door of our local stall : a lively, ephemeral place where local creators and producers come to display their wonders. The treasures change regularly, offering new discoveries on every visit, from gourmet treats to original handcrafted objects.
