In the ancestral setting of our grandparents’ home, we devote ourselves to keeping our cutlery-making activity alive, and to producing rare models or small series in our workshop, which you can visit.

Materials, steels and gestures will be explained to you. You’ll be able to buy our art knives or our country knives bearing the name of our village : Arconsat. We’ll help you understand how a knife can be made with the help of Thiers-based manufacturers, or entirely designed and handcrafted in our workshop. Our cutlery is located at the foot of the Col de St Thomas, where “France ends and Auvergne begins”. Visits by appointment. Every working day in July and August, 9am to 12pm and 3pm to 5pm. Weekends by appointment. Out of season, visits every day from 9am to 12pm by appointment. Exhibition and sale of our art knives and regional knives.
