An artist with a passion for clay, which she has been practicing for over 15 years, Nathalie is based in the heart of the Sancy massif, in an exceptional natural setting.
Take a moment for yourself, or to share, and try your hand at clay modeling at the Natures d’Argiles et de Grès workshop !

Beginners will discover the different stages of working with clay, from kneading to creating simple shapes. Nathalie, with her know-how and teaching skills, will help you understand the basics of sculpture and develop your manual skills. The aim is to enable you to create your first piece in clay or stoneware, while enjoying working with the material.

More experienced participants will be able to explore advanced techniques such as plate, pellet and pinch modeling, as well as relief sculpting.
You can also learn how to use glazes to decorate your pieces, as well as the art of patination to make them unique.

The workshop has professional equipment at participants’ disposal : spacious workstations, a variety of modelling tools, a professional 980°C kiln for firing works on site, after the pieces have dried on site.
