Thanks to their extensive network of contacts and in-depth knowledge of the region, our tourism advisors—true experts on the Sancy Massif—will share personalized recommendations to help you create a tailor-made vacation based on your preferences, the ages of your children, and whether the weather is sunny or rainy… They’ll make you want to extend your stay or come back to the Sancy.

For your convenience, we’ve separated the switchboard from the reception areas. Whether you contact us by phone while you’re here in the Sancy Massif or from home as you plan your trip, you’ll receive the same high-quality service and personalized advice.

To keep you entertained while you wait, we provide :
– an XXL-sized map of the region. A tourism advisor will personalize the map with recommendations (based on the weather and current events) and a selection of activities
– screens displaying the weather, the day’s schedule, and more
– easily accessible information areas. Self-service brochures on tours, leisure activities, and events in and around the Sancy Massif, as well as event schedules…
– a children’s corner with age-appropriate furniture and games.

OUR TICKET SERVICE
To enhance your experience, we offer a selection of :
– guided hikes with various themes (sunrise or sunset, along the ridges, exploring the wildlife of the Sancy, etc.), perfect for families
– guided tours and/or theatrical presentations

The program is available at the visitor centers or on www.sancy.com under the “Agenda” section. You can book on-site or in advance online via our website and pay in cash, by check, credit card, or vacation vouchers.
