The brewer uses the repitch technique, which means that the yeast from one brew is recycled for the next. Each beer is used to produce the next.

We offer around ten beers on tap, brewed on site, ranging from black stout to wheat beer, IPA, amber ale and even a raspberry sour beer! There’s something for everyone.
