I raise Alpine and Massif Central goats, fed on hay and grain produced on the farm.
The goats graze outdoors during the summer months, weather permitting.
I produce goat cheese in the form of crottin, brick, and log, depending on the quantity of milk.

I raise Alpine and Massif Central goats, fed on hay and grain produced on the farm.
The goats graze outdoors during the summer months, weather permitting.
I produce goat cheese in the form of crottin, brick, and log, depending on the quantity of milk.
You will find fresh semi-dry (silver medal at the Fermier D’or 2025 competition) and dry cheeses. But also fresh flavored crottins (walnut, garlic & fine herbs, garden flavors) as well as faisselle cheese.
We sell most of our production at the markets in Clermont-Ferrand (Halle St Joseph), Davayat, and Montferrand. We also sell at local festivals and on the farm.
