We grow Billom pink garlic (https ://ail-rose-de-billom.fr/).

It benefits from the Limagne terroir, which gives it a unique flavor and excellent storage properties. Harvested in July, it can be stored until March of the following year.

We offer : Billom pink garlic, black garlic, “chicken thigh” shallots, round shallots, gray shallots, yellow onions, and red onions. Garlic is available in bulk, as bare braids, or as flowered braids.

We welcome you to the farm at any time from Monday through Sunday with no restrictions.
