Route description
From Riom, follow signs for Saint-Bonnet-près-Riom on the D2144. In the village center, turn left just before the church to reach the parking lot.
Guidebook with maps/step-by-step
Step 1 : Start from the parking lot near the church. Take the street alongside the village hall, then turn left at the stop sign. At the stream (le Sardon), take the path on the left before the bridge.
Step 2 : Follow the stream to an intersection with a large weeping willow. Turn right on the footbridge and cross the stream. Turn left
then, at the fork, continue on the rightmost path. Take the first right to reach the road. Cross the road and continue straight ahead until you reach a crossroads, after leaving 3 side paths.
Step 3 : Turn left at the bench, then right twice. At the crossroads, turn left and stay on the grassy path until you reach the road.
Step 4 : Turn right onto the road, then take the first left. Stay on this track and leave the paths on the left until you reach a T-junction with a metal gate.
Next step
Step 5 : Opposite the gate, turn left, then left again to reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and turn right, then right again just before the cross. Turn left to reach the parking lot before the village hall.
