Step 1 : From the start sign. Turn left to join the road to Espinchal. Cross the bridge over the Rhue river, then the bridge over the Chomeil stream (view of a small waterfall). After 50 m, turn left and climb through the hamlet of Maubourg to the tarmac road (view of Égliseneuve-d’Entraigues).
Step 2 : Turn right. At the right-hand bend, continue along the track opposite. Go through the 2 barriers. Near the road, turn left onto the sunken track. When you come to the end of the meadow, turn slightly left to join the edge at the top of the hillock, then keep to this path until you reach the first farmsteads in the village of Bogon.
Step 3 : Follow the path to the left and climb to the plateau (180° view of the Rhue and Loubanère valleys). At the 90° bend to the left (view of the Sancy massif, Super-Besse), follow the path down to the crossroads with the road.
Step 4 : Turn left. At the next crossroads, continue downhill to the left, then left again 100 m further on (old stone cross). Continue to the village of Égliseneuve-d’Entraigues.
