The Centre aquatique des Hautes-Roches caters for both sporty swimmers, with an Olympic-size pool and a host of activities, and the whole family, with a large wave pool, waterslide, solarium and outdoor water games in a wooded park.

ACTIVITIES

Aquagym
For everyone, whether or not they know how to swim, this activity strengthens the muscles, circulation and breathing in an environment where the water reduces the stress on the ground.

Aquabike
Pedal to a musical beat for 30 or 45 minutes. Positions on the bike, as well as the pedaling rhythm, will vary, making your session more fun.

Aquaplouf
These activities are designed for children aged 6 months to 3 years. The pool facilities will enable your child to discover the aquatic environment in a safe and fun way, under the guidance of a lifeguard.

Water Garden
The aquatic garden is a learning pool with educational equipment for 3-10 year-olds, providing a fun approach to the aquatic environment. Parents are responsible for this area, which is open from 10 :45 to 12 :00.

Aquaphobia
Aquaphobia sessions are designed to help you overcome your fear of the aquatic environment. In a small group, you’ll learn to tame the water at your own pace.
