To make the most of your moment of relaxation, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your treatment. If you are late, we cannot guarantee that your treatment will be completed in full. For any modification or cancellation, please inform us 24 hours in advance.

We are pleased to offer you access to the wellness area one hour before your treatment. (valid for facials, body treatments and massages, except aesthetic treatments).
