Circuit n°31 – Pierre Folle

From the very first kilometers, a steady climb leads to the heights of the village, skirting Mont Sauvy (853 m). An initial descent is followed by a succession of ascents and descents, offering magnificent views of the Chaîne des Puys and the Faille de la Limagne.

From the very first kilometers, a steady climb leads to the heights of the village, skirting Mont Sauvy (853 m). An initial descent is followed by a succession of ascents and descents, offering magnificent views of the Chaîne des Puys and the Faille de la Limagne.
Near the Pierre Folle, you can link up with circuits 47 and 48 to extend the adventure. The route continues eastwards, with no major difficulties apart from a fine climb before beginning the descent to the leisure centre. A few technical sections add spice to the route, which ends after a final loop to the south, offering a beautiful variety of terrain and landscapes.
