Thermal waters :
The sodium bicarbonate, carbo-gaseous springs emerge at between 32° and 44° within the Thermes. Thanks to their high silica content, these waters cleanse and strengthen mucous membranes, blocking the penetration of allergens. Their gases play an active part in the beneficial action of the cure.

Free cures :
For those with a busy schedule, health and an active lifestyle are no longer incompatible. Les Thermes du Mont-Dore now offers you a range of “cures libres”, true concentrates of spa treatments. Tailored to your expectations and personal requirements, they are available in 5-day formulas with additional days. These cures are not covered by social security.

Free rheumatology cure : 365 € (5 days). 4 treatments per day, including aerobath, bath with immersion shower, mud (clay) poultice, steam shower, general jet shower, local jet shower, immersion shower in pool, penetrating shower, local and general steam bath, thermal pool.
Additional day : €50

Respiratory tract cure 365 € (5 days). 6 treatments per day from collective aerosol, individual aerosol, sonic aerosol, nasal bath, local shower, steam shower, nasal spray shower, local spray shower, gargle, humming, collective inhalation, nasal irrigation, spraying.
