Safety first. Remain cautious, as the road is frequented by other vehicles. To each his own rhythm… Cycle touring is a sporting activity, but above all it’s a leisure activity that everyone can enjoy at their own pace.
Bring your own equipment… BICYCLE AND HELMET : check braking system and condition of tires. Make sure your bike is properly adjusted to your body type. We strongly advise you to wear a helmet, as falls are not uncommon.
