Route description

L’itinérêve is a 430 km loop through the Dordogne Gorges, crossing Puy-de-Dôme, Cantal and Corrèze. Wind your way from village to village, dam to dam, through a wilderness of breathtaking vistas.

Marked out and maintained by an association of enthusiasts.

You may come across them along the way. Alain, Bernard, Marie-Hélène, Annabelle, Jean-Michel, Philippe and the other enthusiasts of the association La Dordogne de Villages en Barrages still enjoy walking the trails of “Itinérêve”, a 420-kilometer trail they designed,(…)
