Step 1 : From the parking lot at the entrance to the village. Start opposite the Ceilloux church : turn right in front of the inn, then right at the gîte communal until you reach the road. Turn right, cross the stream and take the road on the left to Tissonnières (view of the Forez mountains). Turn left, go through the hamlet and then down the track to the right at the stream. Continue uphill through the woods to Le Bost.

Step 2 : Turn left around the fortified farmhouse at Le Bost. Immediately turn right and go straight up (view of the Monts du Forez and Thiers). At the crossroads of four paths, continue straight ahead through the woods. Cross the road and go straight ahead.

Step 3 : At the crossroads, at the corner of the wood, turn right onto a track leading to the Pradelles farm. Go past the barn, turn left between two low walls and take the road on the left for 50 m. At the end of the hamlet, turn right across a farmyard and continue along a path between low walls to the road. At the D997 (dry-stone hut behind the reservoir : 200 m A-R), turn right for 50 m (view of the Forez mountains). Cross the embankment and take the old road.

Step 4 : In Dourbias, follow the track to the right. Cross the road and go straight ahead. After 100 m, turn right and then left towards Echinlet. At the crow’s-foot (A-R Château des Martinanches : 3 km), follow the path to the right. At the end of the woods, turn right down a sunken track towards the hamlet of La Cissartie.
