Step 1 : From the start sign at the parking lot, follow the gravel path along the reservoir towards the Pont-du-Bouchet beach. After 300 m, turn right at the fork (view of the reservoir and the Sioulet-Sioule confluence). At the sanitary building, take the right-hand path up to a small road.

Step 2 : Turn left down the road. After 50 m, take the track on the right. At the highest point (view of Confolant and La Chazotte), descend to reach a road, which you follow to the entrance to La Plage de Confolant campsite. Enter the campsite, passing the reception desk. Continue along the lake to the nautical base.

Step 3 : Retrace your steps along the path you took on the way to the Pont-du-Bouchet parking lot.
