Pérol and Éclache chapels

Step 1 : From the start sign, at the crossroads at the entrance to the village, go down the D560 to the D204. Turn right, then immediately left up to the crossroads of 5 paths at the edge of the wood.

Step 2 : Take the second track on the right, skirting the wood, and continue through the undergrowth for 1.750 km to reach the road. Go left for 100 m and take the first track on the right into the wood. Ignore a track on the left. At the end of the wood (view of the Chaîne des Puys), descend into the hamlet of Pérol. Cross the road (cross) and continue straight ahead to the next road (cemetery and chapel on the left).

Step 3 : Turn right, cross the road and go uphill. After 100 m, turn left and go straight on, ignoring a track on the left. At the fork in the road, turn left and follow the road down to a T-junction. Turn right and, at the crossroads, continue right to the entrance to the village of l’Eclache (cross). Turn right on the road, take the first turning on the left and go down to the D61 (50 m on the left, cemetery and chapel).

Step 4 : Turn right and, at the cross, go left. At two forks on the left, take the small road down past an old building. At the intersection, turn left on the gravel path, then right. At the next junction, turn right and stay on this main road. At the road, turn right downhill to reach the starting point.
