– View of the Chaîne des Puys and the Monts du Forez.
Step 1 : Take the small road on the left which rises to the hamlet of Redevis (view of the Chaîne des Puys and Monts du Forez). Cross the hamlet by the road, then continue on the track opposite. At the crow’s-foot, turn right and stay on the same track (view of the Chaîne des Puys).
Step 2 : At the track junction, turn right and continue on the same path. Cross the Planchettes stream at Pont-Chalet. At a crow’s-foot, leave the path that climbs to the right and continue on the same path (beautiful oak and beech trees).
Step 3 : At the road, turn right to reach Duzelier. In the hamlet, turn right at the crow’s-foot. Continue on this narrow road, then on the track opposite to the Muratte dam.
Step 4 : When you see the dam, climb up to the left of it, then keep to the path overlooking the dam. At the crossroads, take the right-hand path.
