The Parc Pédagogique Myocastors et Kangourous, located in Saint-Nectaire, is a unique site dedicated to the discovery of 9 often misunderstood and prejudiced species.
Created by enthusiasts, the park offers an immersive experience where visitors can observe and interact with myocastors, semi-aquatic rodents native to South America, and Bennett’s wallabies native to Australia.

Our park aims to educate the public about these often little-known animals, through guided tours and explanatory panels. Visitors can feed the animals while learning about their habitat and behavior. The park makes it a point of honor to raise awareness of the need to protect biodiversity and respect animals.

A store and snack bar (open from Easter to All Saints’ Day) are available for visitors.
A large part of the park is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The “Soigneur d’un jour” pass allows visitors to immerse themselves in the world of the animals and take part, for one morning, in the job of animal caretaker.
