Marking Yellow circles in both directions. No signposting from A to B, and from C to D. From E to F follow the GR4-441 signposted in white and red. Disregard crosses indicating wrong direction, which do not concern Clermont Communauté itineraries.
Accessible by train and bus from Durtol, this two-day circular walk takes you deep into the heart of the volcanic region. A long hike through a wide variety of landscapes to the summit of the Puy de Dôme, with an overnight stop in the village of Laschamps.
