Guidebook with maps/step-by-step :

Étape 1 : From the signpost near the war memorial, head towards the stadium, walk alongside it and turn right. Take the first turning on the left and continue straight ahead on a track. At the crossroads in the woods, go straight down. At the fork, go left until you reach a T-junction.

Étape 2 : Continue downhill to the right, cross the stream (the Bort) and go uphill. At the road, turn right onto the track and head back down into the valley. Cross the stream again and climb up to the edge of the plateau. Continue left along the edge of the fir forest and, at the road, turn opposite to cross the hamlet of Chamoissoux. Follow the road for 500 m and take a track on the right as far as the junction of the D509 and D122.

Étape 3 : Take the road on the left (view of the Puy de Dôme and the Puys mountain range). After 300 m, fork right onto a track through a meadow, enter the woods and cross the stream. At the T-junction, turn right down towards the Bouchat pond, skirting it on the left and then going straight up. At the end of the wood, continue straight ahead on the road. At the stop sign, go straight ahead and, at the next crossroads, turn right to get back to the starting point.
