Overlooking the town of Saint-Rémy-sur-Durolle, the Calvaire offers a panoramic view and an unobstructed vista of the Forez Mountains and the Massif Central. The approach starts from the “Place du 8 Mai 1945” parking lot ; from there, walk 5 minutes along Rue de la Croix Rouge to reach the base of the site.

Equipment needed :
A 70-meter rope is recommended.
Bring 10 quickdraws.

. You are climbing at a site that complies with the FFME’s federal equipment standards.
