Take care not to fly in strong northerly winds, and beware of the cable car cables.
The landing is at glide ratio 5, with the possibility of landing below the station, vertical drop 530 m. In the south, there’s no official landing zone, as the flight takes place over the Fontaine Salée cirque. If there are cows, you’ll have to walk a long way, otherwise the face is a magnificent springboard for cross-country starts.
