This gîte is housed in one of Le Mont-Dore’s oldest farm buildings. It combines the charm of a lava stone building with modern comforts, to offer you the very best of the mountains.

– 7 dormitories for 3 to 6 people, each with its own shower room and toilet,
– 2 bedrooms with a double bed + two bunk beds, each with its own shower room and WC,
– 1 dining room, a relaxation room with table soccer, board games and children’s games, a hiking library with guides and maps, books on the Auvergne,
– 1 wellness room with sauna, 4-seater Jacuzzi, changing rooms and shower.
Access / person for 1 hour (minimum 2 people), €8 in summer and €10 in winter.

The gîte is ideally located, just a stone’s throw from the bus station and village center, at the immediate start of some of the most beautiful hikes in the Sancy massif.
This human-scale, family-run structure will provide you with a simple, warm welcome, putting you in the best frame of mind to appreciate the owner’s typical, copious and tasty cuisine, not forgetting his homemade jams and muesli.

As lovers of the region, the owners will also be delighted to share their knowledge of all the outdoor activities available in both summer and winter.
