The center is located in Échandelys – Puy-de-Dôme – Auvergne. We’re in the middle of the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, at an altitude of 900 m.
The center is surrounded by a wooded park of over 4,000 m². The park is ideal for large-scale outdoor games and provides access to walking and hiking trails.

With “Le Pierlou”, you’ll rediscover the charm of the colonies of yesteryear ! The accommodation is a former summer camp with a vintage feel.
With a capacity of 70 beds, divided into rooms for 2 to 8 people, in single or bunk beds, we welcome guests from one person upwards. Washrooms with individual showers and toilets are located outside the rooms. The dining room is spacious and bright ! There’s a large multi-purpose room. Another activity room is available at an additional cost (see estimate). A small relaxation area is located at the entrance, with Wifi access. Children under 3 are welcome free of charge.

We offer full-board, half-board, overnight (night + breakfast) or self-catering accommodation.

We are accredited by the “Éducations Nationale, Jeunesse et Sports” and are also a professional training organization.
This means we can welcome school classes (primary and secondary), vacation camps, as well as adult groups (hikers, bikers, cycle-tourists and all the rest…). Our establishment can also accommodate training organizations (BAFA and BAFD) or other specialties, seminars…

The “Le Pierlou” accommodation center, nestled in the heart of the volcanoes, a natural environment rich in discoveries, equipped with a toy library (4,000 games), a library (1,000 books and comics) and materials/tools/supplies for various creative arts, gives us a free choice of themes such as nature and heritage, volcanism, natural environments, little explorers, etc.

Our mission is to help you discover the region, play, the creative arts and culture from every angle, and to help you appreciate nature, a different kind of time, a calmer, more serene way of life.
