Each cottage can accommodate 5 people in its 55 m² of space. Living room with open kitchen and sitting area (one sofa bed for one person), two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds), and bathroom. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and television. Large lawned grounds with trees, 12 m² wooden terraces, garden furniture.

These two adjoining cottages can be rented together to accommodate a group of 10 people.

There is a bar-restaurant in the village of Messeix, 6 km away, which offers all local amenities: doctor, chemist, bakery, tobacconist and newsagent.

In the heart of Auvergne, close to the Chaîne des Puys (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), Sancy and Limousin. The region is particularly suitable for outdoor activities: hiking, mushroom picking, deer rutting, fishing on the lake or on the two nearby rivers, the Dordogne and the Chavanon.

Savennes is only 25 minutes from the thermal baths of La Bourboule, 35 minutes from the ski slopes of Mont-Dore and 20 minutes from the A89 motorway exit.
