The garden level comprises a ski room (with sledges available), a bedroom, a games room (TV with Chromecast and a 2-person sofa bed), a bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry area with a second refrigerator.
Unenclosed outdoor spaces include a 20m² terrace on the north side and a shaded area.
On the south side, a 30m² balcony overlooks the lake and slopes.
