Located on the 3rd and last floor with elevator. Our spacious studio is in a quiet location. The fully-equipped kitchen is partly separated from the living and sleeping areas by a glass roof, bringing charm and comfort to the apartment.
We adapt to your needs for your stay: the living/bedroom area can either remain as a fixed bed with the installation of a small TV corner (deckchairs are provided for TV viewing) or as a convertible sofa (superior quality, rapido system) to take full advantage of the beautiful space. Bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. Central heating.
