Located 800 meters from the medieval town of Besse and the shuttle bus stop to Super Besse (10-minute walk), in a very quiet neighborhood. Ideal for hiking and fishing, as the discovery trail to Super Besse and the Couze Pavin is right in front of the property.

During the winter school vacations, a shuttle bus to the ski resort passes 400 meters from the house.
