In Fratanges, at the small bridge on your right, the Domaine de Juchlo awaits you.
Open the gate and enjoy your first glimpse of what’s on offer. You’ll see q wooded and hilly park entirely fenced across an area of 8 hectares with a stretch of water in the heart of Nature. At the end of the path that runs along the lake, you’ll see the pretty raised gite.
With a surface area of approximately 110 m² and room to accommodate up to 8 people, you can enjoy all the space you need.
Access to the house is via the terrace. You then enter the living room with TV lounge and dining room that can accommodate up to 10 guests. Next door, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso…
On this level you will also enjoy 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage space. The bathroom with shower is located between the 2 bedrooms and a separate toilet. Please note that a second WC is located in the living room.
On the 1st floor, a large mezzanine with a surface area of approximately 40 m² can accommodate 4 people. On one side you will find a double bed and on the other side 2 single beds.
The terrace allows you to eat outside if the weather permits, a canvas will protect you from the sun during your meal. You will be able to prepare grills at your convenience thanks to the barbecue set up next to the house.
Crossing the lake can be done by boat. (life jackets at your disposal), but of course you can walk around the pond too.
If you are patient and open your eyes wide, you can see squirrels moving from branch to branch, ducks circling on the surface of the water or herons landing near the water on the lookout for fish. Fishing is also possible.
