Welcome to Baffie, a tiny hamlet nestled at the end of a quiet lane, where peace and nature reign supreme. This recently renovated detached stone house welcomes you to a bucolic setting, with a splendid view over the surrounding countryside. With its three comfortable bedrooms, this gîte combines authentic charm with modern facilities. You’ll enjoy a large private garden, ideal for siestas in the shade, al fresco meals or simply admiring the scenery in complete serenity.
The owners live nearby, but their house is far enough away to preserve your privacy. They’ll be delighted to welcome you and show you around their little corner of paradise.
It’s the perfect place to recharge your batteries, disconnect from the world and enjoy a real “end of the world” feeling. You’ll be able to visit Ambert, the Musée de la Fourme, the Moulin Richard de Bas…
The gîte comprises
First floor : open-plan living room with fully-equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove. Laundry room, separate WC.
Upstairs : One bedroom with two 90cm beds, one bedroom with a 140cm bed, one bedroom with two 90cm beds, a large shower room, separate WC.
Outside : From the living room, you have direct access to a beautiful terrace with flowers in fine weather ! This is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. A large wooded area is also available, with a swing for the kids and nature as far as the eye can see : a true haven of peace for young and old alike.
A parking space is located just behind the house. It is also possible to park a second vehicle nearby if required.
Baby equipment is available : cot, high chair, bath and potty !
Heating is electric.
