In the heart of the Livradois Forez Natural Park, this comfortable, detached house welcomes you to a peaceful, natural setting, ideal for a rejuvenating stay with family and friends.

Located in Escoutoux, in the heart of the countryside and just 5km from Thiers, medieval city and home of the Coutellia festival, an international reference for cutlery, the gîte is ideally situated for discovering the region’s many attractions :
-> Clermont Ferrand, with its famous Gothic cathedral in lava stone and major cultural events such as the Michelin Adventure, the International Short Film Festival and Jazz en tête.
-> The Auvergne Volcano Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Vulcania and the Lemptégy site.
-> Vichy, “Queen of the water cities”, with its spa and architectural heritage, is also just 40 minutes away.

Our house, spread over 2 levels (not suitable for people with reduced mobility), combines modern comfort with authentic charm :
-> First floor
A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a convivial living area, with direct access to an outdoor terrace.
Complete sanitary facilities : 2 showers, separate toilet and laundry room.
Two landscaped terraces, equipped with stretched canvas and plants, to take full advantage of the outdoors.
A garage for motorcycles, bicycles, table tennis and barbecue.

1st floor (sleeping area)

o Hotel-quality sofa bed (TEDIBER brand)
o 4 individual armchairs
-> East bedroom : double bed (140×190) for 1 to 2 people.
-> West bedroom : Double bed (140×190) + hotel-quality sofa bed (TEDIBER, 140×190) Sleeps 1 to 4 as required.
-> North room : 3 adjustable beds ( 1 King Size bed (180×200) + 1 single bed (90×190) or 3 single beds (90×190))
