First floor with living room, dining room opening onto fully-equipped kitchen, shower room with WC, laundry room with elevator for people with reduced mobility, allowing access to 1st floor without climbing stairs.

1st floor : 3 bedrooms, study with cot, shower room with WC.

2nd floor : 3 bedrooms, shower room and separate toilet.

Garden and terrace to rear and small terrace to front.

The property is located in the village of Tauves, with all amenities : shops, restaurants, Thursday morning market, craft store, exhibition and concert hall, etc.
A wide range of leisure and relaxation options : skiing, hiking, mountain biking, heritage, Vulcania, La Bourboule, Le Mont-Dore, lakes, Val castle, etc.
