The gîte sits on a plot overlooking the road, offering panoramic views and peace and quiet. It’s a two-storey stone house accessed by an inside staircase and an outside staircase. The ground floor comprises a garage for cars and other items (bike, motorcycle, etc.) and a laundry room with sink, gas stove, washing machine and kitchen table. Upstairs is a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave, sink, 4-burner gas hob, 6-8-seat dining table, sofa bed, coffee table and TV. The hallway leads to the first bedroom, with a 160cm bed and wardrobe, bathroom with vanity unit, shower and toilet (with ventilation), and towel dryer.
