The 4-person apartment has been designed to offer comfort and well-being to spa-goers and tourists who choose to stay in the countryside while still being very close to the town.
You’ll be able to hike in the volcanoes of the Chaîne des Puys.
What’s more, the tourist information provided will help you discover the region’s must-see sites : the Puy-de-Dôme and its cog railway, lakes, ski resorts, Vulcania, the Lemptégy open-sky volcano, the Chemin Fais Art, the jewels of Auvergne Romanesque art, to name but a few.

The comfortable, spacious Gîte de La Ferronnière is on the second floor of a large house with a wrought-iron balcony. A 30m2 terrace with garden table and chairs, parasol, deckchairs and plants extends the balcony.
Finally, a private garage with motorized door on the first floor of the apartment will enable you to keep your car safe, but you will also have the choice of leaving it outside on the private parking area.
The surface area of the garage (7mx3m) is ideal for storing a few bicycles as well as your car.

Description of accommodation :

– Dwelling not adapted for PMR.

– A large, south-facing living room with two leather sofas and a 55′ widescreen TV with DVD player offers a chic, refined decor. The owner, who has a passion for cinema, makes a number of films available. Board games and a small library complete the lounge.

– The fully-equipped 15m2 kitchen faces both south and east, and has direct access to the balcony with its breathtaking panoramic view of Clermont-Fd.
All major appliances are present : fridge/freezer, induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, food processor, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, immersion blender.
You can enjoy your meals in this spacious kitchen.
A few consumables will get your stay off to a good start : oils, vinegars, pepper, salt, sugar, aromatic herbs, coffee filters, coffee, teas, infusions, dishwasher tablets, garbage can liners, paper towels.
Tablecloths, tea towels and hand towels supplied at no extra charge.

– Bedroom 1 (12m2) with double bed (140×190), comforter (220×240).
Bed linen provided and bed made for your arrival at no extra charge.

– Bedroom 2 (13m2) with double bed (160×200), comforter (220×240). Large closet.
Bed linen provided and bed made for your arrival at no extra charge.

– The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, double washbasin and storage unit.
Shower gel and other environmentally-friendly products are included, as is a hairdryer.
Towels, bath sheets and shower mats are provided at no extra charge.

– Separate WC.

To complete the equipment, you’ll find a washing machine on the first floor in the laundry room with detergent labeled to respect our planet. An ironing board and iron are also available.

During your stay, you can take advantage of the on-site gym and the skills of its sports coach specialized in adapted physical activity, stretching, health sports…
Access by appointment only, in the presence of the coach and at extra cost.

Cleaning at the end of your stay is provided by the owners.
Cleaning charge of €70 for a one-week stay and more.
Cleaning fee of €40 for overnight and weekend stays.
Deposit : 600 € by cheque (on arrival)
Tourist tax not included.

Arrivals and departures are always in the presence of the owners or their representative.

The gite is non-smoking and pets are not allowed – even the little ones !
