The gîte comprises a large, modern, cosy living space : a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room with sofa bed, and a wood-burning stove for relaxing by the fire. There’s also a laundry room with washing machine and space for storing bikes, skis and motorcycle helmets, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, on the night side, you’ll find a bedroom with a 160cm bed, equipped with a cot, and three bedrooms with two 90cm beds, as well as two large shower rooms, each with its own toilet.
There’s also a mezzanine with games area and extra bed for 2, and WIFI. Shops and services in Nébouzat. Nearby : Puy de Dôme, Vulcania, Lemptégy volcano, Lac d’Aydat water sports center, Lac de Guéry, Massif du Sancy, Basilique d’Orcival, outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), downhill skiing at Mont-Dore, cross-country skiing at Col de Guéry… Heating included.
