You’ll be immediately captivated by the ambiance of this character home in the heart of the charming village of Besse, a fortified medieval town in the immediate vicinity of the Remparts.

You’ll enjoy more than 100 m² of a family home steeped in history, combining old stones, comfort and refined decoration. The equipment and space are ideal for a family stay that feels just like home.

Access to the living area is totally independent and on one level.
On the first floor, you’ll find a 36 m² living room with TV (international channels and DVD player), a beautiful open-plan fitted kitchen, a 20 m² entrance/laundry room opening onto the south-facing terrace paved with freestone. From the living room windows, you’ll enjoy views over the gardens of Vieux Besse, the Remparts and the Belfry.
On the 1st floor, you’ll find the 15 m² bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet.

You’ll also be able to make the most of fine days and evenings thanks to the private garden and terrace, and enjoy a barbecue or even a siesta !
The courtyard can be used as a parking area, but in winter it’s advisable to park in front of the gîte gate to avoid getting stuck in the snow.

Besse offers all the advantages of a small town, with the charm of its narrow streets and pedestrian squares, while remaining a quiet city. It’s also a perfect location for walks and hikes to discover the volcanoes, lakes and waterfalls of the Massif du Sancy (GR des Lacs).
