First floor : kitchen-dining room with designer fireplace, opening directly onto a south-facing terrace.
On the 1st floor, the TV-living room with dressing room, and WC with washing machine and dryer.
On the 2nd floor, the bedroom and bathroom, with a beautiful roof structure and a balcony staircase that offers a breathtaking view over the Limagne plain and the Monts du Forez.

The estate is committed to sustainable tourism, with the production or consumption of renewable energies (wood pellet boiler, photovoltaic panels) and special attention paid to biodiversity (beehives, flowering grass strips, hedge planting and garden forest).
