Located in the village of Beaune-le-Chaud, in the commune of Saint-Genès-Champanelle, this 90 m² gîte is attached to my home.
This privileged location gives us rapid access by car to :
– Puy de Dôme, Puy de la Vache and Lassolas, Lac d’Aydat: less than 10 min.

– Massif du Sancy (home to the Super Besse and Mont Dore winter sports resorts): 40 min.
– Royat thermal baths: 15 min

Ground floor :
– 50 m² fitted kitchen/dining/living room

First floor:
– 1 master suite (160×200 bed) with shower room
– 2 bedrooms with 2 90×200 beds, each of which can be joined to form 2 king-size beds

Exterior:
Between 300 and 400 m² of enclosed grounds with private parking, 11 m² terrace, barbecue, sun loungers and, above all, immediate access to PR and GR trails (e.g. Puy de la Vache and Puy de Lassolas: 2H30 round trip from the gîte, taking no roads). The gîte is attached to my house, but completely independent and out of sight.

Your rental includes :
– Bed linen (beds made according to your needs on arrival)
– Bathroom linen for each guest
– Housekeeping on departure*.
Courtesy items will be provided (coffee and tea pods, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper), as well as consumables for your first few days: toilet paper, sponge, garbage bag, cleaning product.
– Housework on request during your stay, with a supplement of 80€ (white cleaning of the accommodation).
* Out of respect, I ask you to leave the accommodation as you found it on your arrival (tidy, dishes clean and tidy, rubbish emptied…).
