When you come to the Gîte du Grand Tilleul, you’ll also want to soak up the charm of this medieval town ! In fact, this beautiful stone house, built under the ramparts of Besse, combines a rustic atmosphere with contemporary decor in light tones, resulting in a gentle atmosphere conducive to rejuvenation.
In creating this 6-person gîte, the owners have brought this Bessard house back to life, while preserving its authenticity, as evidenced by such timeless features as the stone fireplace with its “granny stove”, the wooden staircases leading to the bedrooms, and the wrought-iron railings around the balcony.
The Gîte du Grand Tilleul may be a memory maker, but it’s no less comfortable with its large, bright kitchen/dining room and cosy lounge area. Downstairs, you’ll also find the first double bedroom (140cm bed), a separate shower room and toilet, and a laundry room.
The first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (1 double with a 140cm bed, 1 twin with 2 90cm beds), a small children’s play area and a toilet (sink and changing table).
From spring onwards, tenants will enjoy a pleasant garden overlooking the neighborhood, with a magnificent lime tree providing welcome shade in summer.
You can park your car on the property.
No agency commission or administration fees payable by the tenant.
