It forms a belvedere overlooking a wooded valley that descends towards the Sioule. Lost at the end of a dead end road, surrounded by 3000 m² of land, La Trouvaille is sun-oriented and can accommodate 4 people. Internet (wifi), sauna area with swimming pool.
Part of the barn and the stable have been transformed into a comfortable gîte while preserving the old character of the house. In the large living room with kitchen area you will find 2 sofas, an armchair, and the dining table with chairs.
The entree of the gîte, is also the entree of the terrace furnished with garden furniture and the barbecue and small swimming pool.
From the living room, you will reach the first floor by an old freestone staircase. On the first floor are the two bedrooms, the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and another independent toilet.
The first bedroom has two single beds. The second bedroom has a large double bed .In each room you will find a wardrobe with hanging space. The beds are ready to sleep when you arriv
For enthoustics there is a Finnish sauna available, with a cooling area and hot foot baths.
And of course outside there is the terrace with its small swimming pool for the ultimate refreshment…
In all the rooms there are electrical heaters for colder days.
You can also use the pellet stove (wood) in the living room. very pleasant and practical for colder days.
There are a few kilos of wood at your disposal for the day of arrival.
The consumption of 10 kWh electricity per day is included in the rental price. Additional consumption (heating or sauna) will be charged separately. In the house there is an internet connection.
The final cleaning is compulsery at a cost of 75,00€.
You can bring your own Towels, or rent a set for 7,50 (pp)
