Enjoy the fresh air and magnificent scenery.
Gîte located in the heart of the Massif du Sancy, in an unspoilt hamlet at 1175 m altitude in Le Rigolet-Haut.
On the first floor, there’s a ski-room where you can leave your boots and jackets when you arrive, a living room/kitchen with a closed hearth fireplace for your snowy evenings, a bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, a mezzanine reading area, a large bedroom with 160 cm bed and crib, a bedroom with 140 cm bed and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds.
In the heart of unspoilt countryside, you’ll enjoy an exterior of over 3,000 m², planted with trees and not overlooked, including garden furniture and a brazier. Heating and wood for fireplace included.
Numerous leisure activities nearby :
– Starting point for hiking and mountain biking from the house.
– Equipment rental 800 m away at Le Capucin (with toboggan run, accrobranches) and its restaurant.
– Tyrolean traverse at Le Sancy.
– Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing : departure from the house.
– Downhill skiing 5 km away on the Sancy massif (1885 m).
– Skating rink and bowling alley in Le Mont-Dore, plus shops and services.
– Thermal baths in Le Mont-Dore town center.
