Consisting of a 45 m² townhouse, the Les Châtaigniers vacation rental is located in the hamlet of “Sarcenat,” in the town of Orcines, just a stone’s throw from the Puy de Dôme.
The living areas are on the first floor (above two garages, one of which is reserved for the rental). Dining room, separate kitchen with oven, microwave, and washing machine ; two bedrooms ; and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
A 15 m² furnished terrace facing due east is perfect for enjoying the sunrise or having breakfast.
On sunny days, an adjoining outdoor area (small garden) with patio furniture and a barbecue lets you fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of “Sarcenat.”
Shops and services : in the village of Orcines (3 km) or Durtol (3 km) ; farm-direct cheese sales (GAEC Peny).
Numerous hiking trails in the surrounding area (Puy du Pariou, Grotte du Cliersou, Croix de Ternant, Fontaine du Berger, Grotte de Sarcoui, Puy des Goules, etc.).
